I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist and I love what I do. My focus is on supporting and empowering clients to feel their absolute best and achieve sustainable, long lasting results.
I’m an insured and a registered member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Association of Naturopathic practitioners (ANP).
Every client is different and the first step is to gain deep understanding of the issues you wish to address. I will work closely with you to understand your particular needs and goals and to ensure that I am supporting you in the best possible way. I will help you take control of what you are putting into your body and guide you towards the most nutritious foods and lifestyle choices until they become second nature. ‘Lecturing’ or ‘telling’ isn’t my style but I will advise and encourage you every step of the way. I strongly believe that your success is my success and I truly want you to feel your best and to enjoy life to its fullest.
Where Do We Start?
The first step is to have a one-to-one nutritional assessment where I take a comprehensive look at your health/medical history and diet and provide you with an in-depth personalised dietary and lifestyle plan to work towards your health goals. This will be done in a friendly, supportive, trusting and empathetic environment which will enable you to talk about your dietary intake and health concerns. We will then have follow up sessions according to your needs and there are a number of ways in which you can do this. Our meetings would usually take place using Zoom or similar which ensures complete confidentiality and means that whilst I am based in Bristol, my clients can live anywhere.
A Healthy Relationship With Food.
While I have a keen interest in women’s health and hormone regulation - my main passion is ensuring we all have a healthy relationship with food. The need for perfectionism with what we eat will inevitably lead to ‘failure’ and therefore a negative attitude to food and ourselves. I strongly believe that a healthy mind is a key ingredient in maintaining a healthy body.
